Do you have "No Charge" basic insurance for your travelers?
Yes - We pay 100%, there is no charge to travelers
Does your company offer insurance to those nurses with domestic partners?
We only have it for immediate family.
Do you have first day insurance?
Yes - It is available the first day of the assignment
Does your company provide private one-bedroom housing?
Yes - We offer housing assistance or a generous stipend.
Does your company offer the OPTION of corporate housing?
Yes - We will make the arrangements and pay directly.
Does your company help out when traveling with a pet?
Yes - We are pet friendly and will help out however possible.
Does your company provide assistance in looking for an RV space?
Yes - We will assist and provide a generous stipend.
Does your company provide generous salaries?
We have assignments over $2000/wk take home.
Do you reimburse for CEUs?
We only pay for the basics ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP.
Does your company reimburse the nurse for credentialing: licensing, drug screens, & physicals related to the assignment?
Yes - The full amount.
Do you have a generous referral bonus program?
Yes - Referral bonuses at $1000+.
Do you have WEEKLY direct deposit?
We pay every two weeks by direct deposit
Is your company transparent with bill rates?
Yes - We take time to explain to the traveler how much the bill rate is and explain it if asked.
Do you "charge" the traveler for a missed / sick day?
Yes - Wages are reduced, but stipends remain the same.
If the contract is delayed, does your company pay the lodging and/or meal stipend, which is an extra expense on the traveler?
We only pay lodging since you have to eat whether you are on assignment or not.
Does your company offer one month off between assignments without loss of benefits?
We have benefits that will be provided for an extra charge.
Does your company pay the standard mileage or free airfare to the assignment?
We pay a set amount such as $250/way.
Does your company have a backup plan for paychecks that are found to be in error?
Yes - We will take care of the problem immediately, even on weekends.
Does your company offer a rental car package OR stipend?
We only provide a generous stipend.
Does your company provide a 401K?
Yes - We do offer 401K with company match.
