401k: • Eligibility Rule: 6 months of consecutive service or 1000 hours worked in a year. • Employer Contributions: TotalMed will match dollar-for-dollar on the first 3% deferred. TotalMed will also match fifty-cents-on-the-dollar for next 2% deferred. (i.e., if you contribute 5% TotalMed will match 4%). • Vesting: All employer contributions are 100% vested immediately.
