Name Not Number: Nurses are assigned points of contact in compliance, payroll, and nursing support, in addition to their selected recruiter. The recruiters have direct lines of communication open with each department and we focus on collaboration. The nurse has the choice of going directly to their recruiter or to their specific contacts in each department. Often times, the nurses are provided with a manager contact as well, in the event that the recruiter is unavailable when assistance is needed. We focus on making external employees feel the same way that our internal employees feel about working with us!
Clinical Nurse Liaison?: Yep! We have multiple on staff, and they are all available via cell phone for nurses whenever needed.
NATHO?: Yes, we are a proud member of NATHO and have been Join Commission certified for a long time now.
Nurse Recruiter Fit: Everything is the nurse's choice. We train our recruiters very closely to ensure they're knowledgeable and supportive, and our recruiting managers are very involved in the planning and prepping of candidate profiles, as well as follow ups and strategy - so the nurses have support even beyond their direct recruiters.
