Clinical Nurse Liaison?: RNnetwork employs 3 full time Clinical Nurse Liaisons that are here to support you on credentialing, testing, and even clinical questions that might come up while on assignment. Together our team of CNLs have a combined 75 years of hands-on nursing experience! They are available for 24/7 emergency support.
NATHO?: We are Joint Commission certified and an active member of NATHO. Our President is on the Board of Directors, and our company was one of the founding members.
Nurse Recruiter Fit: RNnetwork recruiters spend a lot of time qualifying a traveler during the initial phone call. Their objective is to find out what is most important to the traveler not only in an assignment, but also in an agency and in a recruiter. Their recruiters treat every relationship like a partnership. If during the initial process or assignment the recruiter and traveler do not seem to be a good fit for each other, their leaders will get involved to determine the best next steps, which may include switching to a recruiter that would be a better fit.
Insurance: They offer excellent medical plans that use the Aetna physician network. They also offer dental and vision insurance. All benefits begin day one of the assignment.
