Name Not Number: I've been in staffing and recruitment for over a decade. I know how important it is to have a solid relationship with each of my candidates. Everyone's situation is a little different, and we all have different needs to meet to ensure we're taken care of in life. Open lines of communication, being there to answer any questions, and advocating for my candidates are among my top priorities. This is the candidate's livelihood - their means of supporting themselves and their families. I do not take that lightly, and I value the trust I build with each individual as a human, not a number.
Clinical Nurse Liaison?:
Nurse Recruiter Fit: We talk openly about what the candidate is looking for and how the recruiter can help! We know how fast this industry moves and we don't want to waste anyone's time. Seeing each candidate as a human with needs, and not forgetting that at any step of the process, helps ensure we're matching the right candidates with the right recruiters.
Insurance: As long as the candidate is contracted for 30 hours or more, he/she will be eligible for benefits upon the start of their contract, until the last day of the month the contract ends. We don't currently offer vision and dental, but we're growing, so check back soon or ask when we talk!
Other Benefits: Travel reimbursement. All contracts have tax free stipends to the max allowed, some offer housing covered free of charge.
