Clinical Nurse Liaison?: Yes, our Director of Clinical Solutions serves as our Clinical Nurse Liaison. As an RN with over 17 years of clinical experience, our Clinical Nurse Liaison has worked in a wide range of units and specialties, including the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as well as pediatric and adult hematology and oncology. She also has several years of managerial nurse experience. She is available 24 hours a day.
NATHO?: Yes, we are proudly Joint Commission certified. While we are not a member of NATHO, we adhere to their principles and payment guidelines and practices.
Nurse Recruiter Fit: Each ProLink recruiter is assigned a seasoned recruiting manager who carefully trains them on how to evaluate each nurse's personality and clinical experience. In this way, the recruiter can predict whether a nurse will be a good fit for themself, or for someone else on the ProLink team. Insurance: ProLink provides nurses an insurance package that is identical to that of our internal team, which is a rare offering in the staffing industry. While many staffing agencies require a probationary period of 1-2 months, ProLink travelers are eligible to enroll upon hire. Benefits will be applied the month after start. We provide Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield for healthcare. Additionally, we offer short and long-term disability, also through Anthem. Vision and dental coverage are offered through Principal.
401k: ProLink provides Roth and traditional 401K. Company match is 50% up to $1,000 after plan eligibility is met.
