They are both Joint Commission certified and belong to NATHO. If there is trouble between a nurse and recruiter, it is taken care of promptly. Any traveler is able to request a recruiter change at any time. Their agency always respects the travelers right to do so and immediately makes any change requested.
United Healthcare provides their medical and prescription coverage. Their insurance package also provides life, dental and vision coverage. Currently, they do not provide a 401K.
