Career Opportunities: We provide contract positions for Nursing (across a variety of specialties) and Allied Health clinicians, including but not limited to therapy, pharmacy and imaging.

Size of Company: Our roots in healthcare started in 2001. BHS spun out of Barton Associates as a separate company in 2018 to focus on Nursing and Allied Health.
Name Not Number: Our one-on-one approach to staffing ensures that every BHS nurse and allied health clinician receives the attention they deserve. All of our recruiters work with their clinicians to fill jobs suitable to their individual skill sets, career path and personal goals. In order to maintain that relationship, the candidate will not be passed from one recruiter to another when they apply for different positions or wish to work in a new state.
Clinical Nurse Liaison?: Yes, we have a Clinical Nurse Liaison on staff, and she will always make herself available - even outside of normal business hours.
NATHO?: We are not, but after speaking with both agencies and outlining our License and Credentialing process, we are very much aligned with their requirements. So much so, in fact, that our process has many times stood out as extremely quality-oriented compared to others.
Nurse Recruiter Fit: Each Clinician undergoes an interview process that gauges personality and competence. All of our recruiters work to understand the needs of the clinicians that they work with, so they can work together to find positions that will be a good fit. Although rare, if the clinician does not believe their recruiter is the best fit, or the recruiter believes another staffing specialist may be able to serve the clinician better, we can initiate that change.
Insurance: CIGNA Medical/Dental/Life with 30-day wait. All BHS employees have this plan, so it remains consistent throughout our company.
401k: We offer Vanguard 401K, and all Barton Healthcare Staffing employees are eligible at 1,000 hours. BHS matches up to 50% of the first 4% contributed by employees.
Other Benefits: We provide paid time off (PTO), stipend eligibility, license and travel support, weekly ADP direct deposit, and access to our Clinical Liaisons for support. We also have an onboarding team, and customer service in our finance department.
