After arriving in Minneapolis, we soon realized that we were only 20 miles from Wisconsin; therefore, we couldn't resist a side trip!

Of course you have to ride the roller coaster at the Mall of America!  Sad to say, but my other Mall of America photo's taken with the camera phone didn't come out too well.

Welcome To The Metrodome!

The Minnesota Twins played the Oakland Athletics that night... and the Twins came out ahead in a bottom of the 9th inning thriller.

There was quite a crowd there that night!

The dome was quite interesting, and very different from Bank One Ballpark that we're used to.  Good luck to Minneapolis and their quest for a new stadium!

Couldn't resist a stop at Cabela's on the way home.  This heaven for the sportsman or woman!  We had a great time just looking around... well, with a few purchases  :)
