COMPENSATION At mKm, we offer comprehensive pay and benefits packages for per diem, local and nationwide travel assignments. In our decades of experience, the most efficient method for delivering an appropriate comp package is educating travelers in how to design each package that best meets your overall financial needs-assignment by assignment. An mKm comp package is individually tailored to fit a traveler's lifestyle and financial goals. Depending on the length of each assignment, the distance they're willing to travel from primary tax-home residence, travelers choose from traditional or tax-advantaged pay options. They'll get to decide how to move the dollars around that best meets their overall weekly net pay, lodging, meals & incidentals, mileage, and other concession amenities.

HOUSING/LODGING For travel assignments of 13 weeks or greater, mKm can coordinate company paid private studio or 1 bedroom fully furnished corporate housing. Of course, travelers can always upgrade to 2 bedroom units as well as add other a la carte housing items to include housewares and linens, high speed internet, cable TV, local and long distance phone service, to name a few. Travelers simply discuss lodging needs with their mKm clinical concierge recruiter and we'll do our expert best to accommodate.

PET ACCOMMODATIONS Traveling with Pets? No problem. Simply discuss the type, breed, quantity, and your pet(s) angelic behavior with your mKm clinical concierge and we'll work hard to locate properties that make pet accommodations. *Small non-refundable pet deposits may be required in some locales.

What about professional insurance?

As a W2 employee, an emnployer's PL/Malpractice coverage will be adequate. If, however, a nurse is primarily working as a 1099 independent contractor, he/she will need to carry his/her own PL and GL protection coverage.
