Can I expect personal service with your company?

Trinity was started by a RN who had a negative experience as a travel nurse. Needless to say, Trinity was built to be a company that stands out from the rest in regards to personal service. Do you cover all the United States, parts of the U.S. or do you also offer international assignments?

Trinity is a national company offering travel assignments all across the country while per diem staffing is available where ever we have set up a branch office.

About professional insurance, do you believe that the insurance that a company provides is good enough, or does the nurse also need to obtain her own professional insurance?

While our employees are covered by Trinity, we are rather conservative and of the belief that one can never have too much insurance.

What size is your company (small, medium, large), and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?

Though we are one of the largest privately owned agencies in the industry, we still recognize nurses for what they are - people. As previously mentioned we keep a very low recruiter to nurse ratio and our recruiters often not only know all of their travelers names, but their spouses, kids and or pets names as well!

I work night shift, what if I have problems at night?  Do you have someone I can talk to even in the middle of the night?

Not only is your personal recruiter available to you 24 / 7, but we also have a back up person on call after hours.

What is your average time from acceptance of application to first day on the job for those nurses ready-to-go?

Assuming the nurse is already licensed in that state and we have a completed profile on that individual, we can have them placed within one week. This allows time for the drug screen and background check to be completed as well as allowing time for the phone interview to take place
