What kind of career opportunities does your company offer?

We specialize in 8 to 26 week Travel Nursing assignments for registered nurses who are interested in the travel nursing lifestyle. The typical assignment is 13 weeks. 

Can I expect personal service with your company?

Our company is focused on delivering our slogan... "Exceeding Expectations". We take pride in the work that we do to accommodate each nurse's needs and career plans.  We consider ourselves to be a "boutique" agency, which means that we pledge that our focus will be personal attention, respect, and a commitment to each nurse's unique and individual needs

Do you cover all the United States, parts of the U.S. or do you also offer international assignments?

Our travel nurse placements all across America! We do not currently process international candidates unless they are already fully credentialed and licensed for work in the United States.

About professional insurance, do you believe that the insurance that a company provides is good enough, or does the nurse also need to obtain her own professional insurance?

We provide full professional insurance at no charge. The coverage always meets or exceeds the required coverage as specified by the hospital or governing authority, but of course, our nurses are free to obtain additional insurance if they so desire.

What size is your company (small, medium, large), and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?

Travel Nurse across America is considered a medium-sized company, which gains us access to the jobs not offered to smaller companies, while at the same time allowing us to provide the kind of personalized attention not possible by the larger agencies.

I work night shift, what if I have problems at night? 

We have representatives on call 24/7 so that we can be reached for any and every need.  After hours call are answered by a live service, so there is no automated system to bypass. We also have an RN clinical liaison on call and available for any job related or technical issues or concerns.

What other type of benefits does your company provide? 

• We have a loyalty points system that accumulates from day one. Points can be used for paid time off, extra housing amenities, cash bonus, etc.

• We offer a variety of health care options.  Travelers can choose our free insurance, or select from other plans with reasonable premiums.

• We assist in the acquisition of, and fully reimburse for any required state license or credential.  We also accept all preparatory costs for an assignment that could include the physical, TB test, etc...

• We pay all fees for CEUs and any required competency testing.

• We offer a 401K program with company match.

• Travel expenses are made easy - no receipts or mileage to keep track of.

What is your average time from acceptance of application to first day on the job for those nurses ready-to-go?

Each assignment is different, but if a nurse is truly ready to go, and the hospital is ready to receive, we can get a nurse from acceptance of application to first day on the job in less than two weeks! Typically, though, the process takes anywhere from two weeks to a month, based on both the hospital and nurses' needs and desires.  We also process numerous "fast track" applications to fill assignments within 1 to 2 weeks.
