Can I expect personal service with your company?

Yes, we treat every nurse like a personal friend because that is what they are.

Do you cover all the United States, parts of the U.S. or do you also offer international assignments?

Yes, we have assignments in just about every state. We have a contract with the government to staff all of the VA Hospitals, Military Bases, and Indian Hospitals as well. This leaves the possibilities endless. We are currently working on getting contracts internationally.

About professional insurance, do you believe that the insurance that a company provides is good enough, or does the nurse also need to obtain her own professional insurance?

Yes, I do believe our professional insurance is great. Our nurses don't need to obtain their own.

What size is your company (small, medium, large), and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?

I would have to say that we are medium sized. All of our nurses are treated as personal friends. Most of the recruiters send gifts and/or cards for a number of reasons, weather it is a start of a new assignment, birthday, or illness. Our owner is very involved in our nurses. She has an "open door" policy and anyone can speak to her at anytime.

I work night shift, what if I have problems at night?  Do you have someone I can talk to even in the middle of the night?

Yes, we have an on-call manager that can be reached 24 hours a day. Most of the recruiters also give out their personal numbers so you can call her if you need to talk too. If you are lonely or your car breaks down, you know you can call us.

What other type of benefits does your company provide? 

We give a travel allowance to and from assignments. We have a referral program that offers bonuses. We do license reimbursement. We have personal insurance. We also have an IRA that you can invest in from day 1. The list goes on and on.

What is your average time from acceptance of application to first day on the job for those nurses ready-to-go?

Sometimes it is very quick. We have a lot of "quick starts". This is somebody that we submit and get a start date of the next week or even the same week.

We are owned by a nurse and she is someone that is there for you. You are not just a number but a person, a personal friend. We care about our "family" that is out there in a strange, new place.
