Can I expect personal service with your company?

Working with Sedona Medical Staffing, you will be guaranteed one-on-one service. Our recruiters have developed an excellent rapport with their healthcare employees and every Friday, they will contact them to make sure that their assignment is going ok, is there anything they need and to just say hello.

Do you cover all the United States, parts of the U.S. or do you also offer international assignments?

We cover the entire United States, including Alaska and Hawaii

About professional insurance, do you believe that the insurance that a company provides is good enough, or does the nurse also need to obtain her own professional insurance?

The company insurance is excellent to have, but as a health professional it is advisable to carry insurance on yourself as well. We have $1m/$6m within our agency

What size is your company (small, medium, large), and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?

Medium and our recruiters will treat you as an individual with respect, honesty and will contact you every Friday to see how everything is going with you. They will become your friend and not just your employer.

I work night shift, what if I have problems at night?  Do you have someone I can talk to even in the middle of the night?

We have 24/7 customer service to assist our employees. We all know that issues do not come between the hours of 8-5p, so we have instilled this policy.

With one to two weeks. This will vary as we all know that each hospital has different protocols to their acceptance of an application and the placement of a position.
