Nationwide 8-13week
travel nursing opportunities.
Can
I expect personal service with your company?
Absolutely, 20 years of
staffing every specialty in a hospital does just happen without customer
service or lots of hard work. :)
Do you cover all the
United States, parts of the U.S. or do you also offer international assignments?
We do cover the entire
U.S and have a regionalized marketing focus; this means more people creating
more opportunities. We are not international though.
About professional
insurance?
We have a
1million/6million dollar policy and should be sufficient for an RN. The only
specialty I might recommend supplement coverage would be in the OR.
What size is your company
(small, medium, large), and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?
I started with the
nursing division in its infancy and have watched it grow. Comparatively we
are probably still small, and our 3-pronged approach allows us to pay more
attention to detail. I know every nurses name that works for us.
I work night shift, what
if I have problems at night? Do you have
someone I can talk to even in the middle of the night?
We have a 24hr 30minute
call back pledge. Our working providers have an emergency pager number where
someone can always be reached. :)
What other type of
benefits does your company provide?
In addition to our free
insurance, free fully furnished housing, day one insurance, $1000 referral
bonus, and weekly direct deposit, we pay for and process your licenses on
the front end, and will get you future licenses.
What is your average time
from acceptance of application to first day on the job for those nurses ready-to-go?
New providers about 2
weeks unless we put a rush on it, and for a provider that has worked for us
before is about 1 day.
What
makes your company more than just another travel company?
Our three pronged approach to business. We have
regionalized marketers focusing on bringing in jobs, an account
representative that handles all of the logistics while on assignment, and a
recruiter that only has your interest in mind. We are separated like this
because it makes us experts at what we do.
We are still in the process of growing, but one
day we will be the company every hospital turns to and every nurse wants to
work for!
