We only provide assignments within the United States. We have contracts in 35 states including Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Washington State to name a few.

What is your average time from acceptance of application to first day on the job for those nurses ready-to-go?

The general time frame between application to start date is 2-4 weeks.

What size is your company, and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?

Providence Health Care Staffing is independently owned and operated. We are a small to medium sized company. You can expect to be treated as a name never a number.

Can I expect personal service with your company?

We have established our business based on excellent customer service. PHCS puts our advertising and marketing dollars into taking care of our travelers. Our employees are our number one priority.

I work night shift, what if I have problems at night? 

We have a recruiter on call 24/7!

What other type of benefits does your company provide? 

We provide fully furnished and private housing or housing stipends, travel allowance, car rental, license reimbursement, day one health insurance, and weekly direct deposit.

What about professional insurance?

We have a 1/3 million dollar policy that covers all of our travelers. Our travelers do not need to hold their own insurance policy. We do work with 1099 employees. If the travelers choose to work in that capacity with our agency they will need to provide their own insurance.
