Can I expect personal service with your company?

I am an RN myself, and have been a traveler. I personally give others what I would want if at all possible. Because I am the owner and CEO of this business, I make the final decisions without all the red tape.

Do you cover all the United States, parts of the U.S. or do you also offer international assignments?

Presently we are licensed to do business in Illinois, California and Georgia and Oregon.

About professional insurance, do you believe that the insurance that a company provides is good enough, or does the nurse also need to obtain her own professional insurance?

I make sure that the coverage we carry is good enough for the nurses that I employ. For that reason I maintain nurse as an employee and deduct taxes.  However, there is nothing wrong with carrying your own personal coverage, the cost is pennies on the dollar.
 

What size is your company, and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?

Our company is a very small company that treats our nurses as an individual, yet we try to offer as much as the Big Leaguers with our competitive rates.
 

I work night shift, what if I have problems at night?

Yes... me by 2nd nature I am a night shift person.

What other type of benefits does your company provide? 

We can offer individual plan health insurance in which we negotiate a sharing of the cost. The plan is so that you can take it with you if you want to move on. And also life insurance is available and 401k for long term employees. We do have a vacation gift for those that have been employed with us a consistent year.

What is your average time from acceptance of application to first day on the job for those nurses ready-to-go?

I personally start to work on the application after I talk to the Nurse, interest in the assignment is confirmed and I receive his/her credentials.  When we have an open assignment, we do not delay in trying to fill the position.

What makes your company more than “just another” travel company?

The personal relationship that I establish with each nurse. I try to care about whatever are her concerns to make the assignment a good match.
