PRCS offers travel assignments to Registered Nurses and Respiratory Therapists nationwide, with our focus on the great southwest: Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Diego, Hawaii.

Can I expect personal service with your company?

Absolutely! PRCS is locally owned and managed by a healthcare clinician. Our Travel Manager is also a healthcare clinician. Our corporate office is located in Phoenix. We also have a satellite office in Las Vegas.

Do you cover all the United States, parts of the U.S. or do you also offer international assignments?

PRCS offers travel assignments nationwide, but our focus remains on the southwest region. We do not offer international assignments but do employ international nurses.

About professional insurance, do you believe that the insurance that a company provides is good enough, or does the nurse also need to obtain her own professional insurance?

The professional liability insurance we provide is sufficient to cover our traveling professionals.

What size is your company (small, medium, large), and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?

PRCS is a small organization. Our owner and travel manager are both healthcare clinicians. We pride ourselves in getting to know our nurses and therapists on an individual basis.  We treat all of our nurses as individuals with specific personalities, needs, and attention.

I work night shift, what if I have problems at night?  Do you have someone I can talk to even in the middle of the night?

PRCS telephones are answered 24 hrs/day, 365 days per year. Our travelers and hospital clients can reach us at anytime.  Even our managers are available to address issues around the clock.

What other type of benefits does your company provide?

What is your average time from acceptance of application to first day on the job for those nurses ready-to-go?

Depending on the travelers availability and timeframe, PRCS can process a nurses' application and get the nurse working in about a week.

PRCS is unique in that we are owned and managed by healthcare clinicians and that we are local. Our travelers will personally know us and receive the personal attention they deserve.  We value and appreciate our nurses and look forward to continue working with them!

Is there anything else you would like travel nurses to know?

For Canadian educated nurses, PRCS will reimburse the cost of your NCLEX exam.
