I believe that our professional insurance is enough.

What size is your company (small, medium, large), and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?

Medium size company and we strive to put our nurses first by offering first class service. The nurse is never a number. Our recruiters working with a small amount of nurses each.

I work night shift, what if I have problems at night?  

Recruiters offer the use of our personal cell phones for emergencies after hours.

This depends on how quickly the nurse is looking to start an assignment. We can have nurses interviewed offered and ready to go in as little as a week depending on the quickness of the facility and the nurse to complete the paperwork.
