We have processed travelers in as quick as
one day. We operate comfortably with a 2-7 day window.
What size is your company, and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?
We are a small company and our mission is
to be the easiest to do business with. Travelers can fully expect to be
treated by name with VIP services.
Can
I expect personal service with your company?
Absolutely! We have a team that is
assigned to our travelers. Each team member is an expert in their aspect of
the travel business. Our travelers can expect the best from assignment to
return home and beyond.
I work night shift, what
if I have problems at night?
We are available 24/7/365. Additionally,
we have a Nurse Advocate Team. This team is comprised of RN's, each member
has over 12 years nursing experience. Our Nurse Advocate Team is available
to solve clinical or hospital issues.
What other type of
benefits does your company provide?
We currently offer Blue Cross Blue Shield
PPO with vision, dental, chiropractic, and prescription coverage. Our health
benefits are available day one. Also available are the following insurances:
disability, hospitalization, cancer, personal accident, specified health
event, and we even offer insurance for our traveler's pets. We also have a
401k to shelter income for retirement.
What about professional
insurance?
We carry nearly double the industry
standard for our travelers. However, while additional insurance is a
personal choice, it probably is worth the piece of mind to have. Most
personal professional liability premiums are inexpensive.
What
makes your company more than just another travel company?
First our senior management team has over
40 years experience in healthcare staffing. Secondly, we have our Nurse
Advocate Team that makes sure our traveler assignments are personnally and
professionally rewarding and clinically safe. We also have a Travel Tax
Guarantee. We guarantee that, based on the information provided by our
travelers, that their pay packages will be compliant with the IRS rules and
regulations. Thirdly, our Housing Manager has a business degree in logistics
and holds a professional real estate license. This expertise can be counted
on for those travelers needing housing.
