Can I expect personal service with your company?

Yes. The growth that we have experienced has been directly related to our current employees referrals. Although, our employees benefit financially from their referrals; our newly referred employees have said their decisions have been based on the positive experiences the Curastat employees has shared with them. We appreciate our employee base and want to give them a reason to stay with us.

Do you cover all the United States, parts of the U.S. or do you also offer international assignments?

Although, we have assignments on the west/east coast and between we do not cover the entire U.S. As with many companies we are continuously expanding into new markets and rely heavily on our current employee's desired locations in where we put our efforts.

About professional insurance, do you believe that the insurance that a company provides is good enough, or does the nurse also need to obtain her own professional insurance?

I believe that the coverages that travel companies are expected to carry are adequate. 

What size is your company (small, medium, large), and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?

We are a small to medium sized company and everyone can expected to be treated as a person.

I work night shift, what if I have problems at night?  Do you have someone I can talk to even in the middle of the night?

We have someone available 24 hours/day.

What is your average time from acceptance of application to first day on the job for those nurses ready-to-go?

The average is around three weeks. Although, it we have experienced much quicker and much longer time frames.

A great reputation is very important to Curastat. We want to provide as much information to both our employees and our clients as possible. Obviously, it is important for us to make placements. It is even more important for us to make every effort to ensure that the placement is a success; ie. a good match.
