insurance, do you believe that the insurance that a company provides is good enough, or
does the nurse also need to obtain her own professional insurance?
Professional liability insurance is
offered to the nurse.
What size is your company
(small, medium, large), and can I expect to be treated as a number or a name?
We are small, but growing! However, we
plan to limit our growth, in order to maintain the personal relationships we
currently enjoy with our RNs. All of our RN's are treated with the utmost
respect & sense of urgency!
I work night shift, what
if I have problems at night? Do you have
someone I can talk to even in the middle of the night?
Yes we do!
What other type of
benefits does your company provide?

ClientSolv Health
Care’s minimum pay rate is $30.00. This is guaranteed, and it is included
in our web site

Although we do not
match employee’s contribution into their 401k Plan, they can participate
immediately. There is no waiting period.

Our travel
reimbursement is flat rate ($500.00 round trip) for a 13 week contract.
The travel is payable once again if the nurse extends their contract. It
would be pro-rated if the extension is less than 13 weeks.

In addition to the
free private housing option, we also will offer a minimum of $1,200.00 a
month in housing allowance should the nurse prefer that option.

Utilities are capped
at $100.00 a month with the nurse paying any difference via a payroll
deduction. It is very rare that this happens.

CEU reimbursement is
capped at $500.00 per year. It includes ACLS, PALS, and NRP
recertification however

If a nurse wants a
completion bonus, that can be offered, but frankly we prefer to take that
money and put it into their salary. We do offer sign on bonuses for
select assignments, and those are payable with the nurse’s first full pay
check

Direct deposit is a
requirement, but we do not pay weekly

Per policy we offer a
minimum of one (1) sick day per 13 week contract without financial
penalty, but depending on extenuating circumstances, we have provided more
days.

You didn’t bring up
referral bonuses. We pay $500.00 to a nurse who refers someone to our
company for employment. The referral bonus is paid when the referred
person has completed their first full pay period.
What is your average time
from acceptance of application to first day on the job for those nurses ready-to-go?
2-4 weeks, depending on facility & RN

What
makes your company more than just another travel company?
We approach our assignments in a very different way than the
other companies out there. We don't try to push an RN into the jobs we
already have, we find out where he/she wants to go, and we market him/her
specifically to those facilities. In fact, we market directly to the hiring
managers! The benefit here, is that only one profile is submitted, so the
Nurse Manager is able to screen the file, and open the order with us! This
ensures that the RN is getting only the assignments he/she is looking for!
Our philosophy is that a happy traveler is a loyal traveler.
So we do what very few other agencies do. We listen! And by doing so, we
have put together a package that gives travelers everything they have been
searching for in a Travel Nursing Company! And RNs get this great package,
without having to sacrifice anything!!! Amazing concept, eh? :)
Although, if the RN would prefer to trade in some of his/her benefits for a
higher hourly salary, we can certainly do that!
